I have never worked with such an amazing company and both the owner and those that work with him. What we were told it would be 2 week project having our old deck removed and the new deck installed. It took them 5 days start to finish. the same team came every day which was very impressive and we always kept up updated. They are the best and the new deck turned out a lot more impressive than we could have wanted. Thank you for amazing work and entire company for how professional and kind, the customer is always right as the saying goes and they make that and more.

Black Rock Homes installed a deck for us in our backyard. We were so impressed with every level of interaction with this company. They came to our house multiple times to meet with us and discuss our plans, offered professional insight on our project, and then gave us a timeline and cost that fit our budget. They were communicative about any changes that occurred because of COVID-19, and were responsive to my texts and phone calls as well. The crew that worked on the house showed up on time, worked hard all day long, and were respectful of our property. They also cleaned up each night! When the project was finished I asked if I could have some of the left over supplies incase I wanted to change some of the finish work, and they happily gave me everything I asked for. They even stayed on budget. They were fantastic!

We needed new decking at American Leadership Academy in front of the portables. We needed new stairs built and the framing fixed up. I got several bids and found Black Rock was not only the best price but easy to work with. They did the job beautifully and cleaned up well after themselves. Would use them again!

Very personable, considered our needs and were great with communication. They stayed on the issues that came up and handled them very well. I am confident you would like the service and quality of this company. We replaced about a 1000 sq ft deck. It took three weeks in the winter to get it done but they did. They have been honest in their statements and stand by them.
